Sales Development Representative

Are you a dynamic and motivated salesperson with a proven track record of exceeding lead targets? We are currently seeking a talented Sales Development Representative.

💼 Employment Type: Full-time. Indefinite Term Contract.

💰 Compensation: $3.200.000 + Commissions

⏰ Schedule Monday to Friday: 8-5PM

📍 Location: On-Site - Barranquilla

Requirements:

  • English level C1 or Higher.
  • 1 + years of BDR/SDR call center experience, with a history of surpassing lead targets
  • Restaurant or Restaurant Tech experience is a PLUS.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads and establishing initial relationships through targeted and efficient outreach efforts.
  • Managing and maintaining a pipeline of potential prospects and coordinating formal discovery meetings with sales executives.
  • Identifying and implementing best practices to enhance the company's lead generation playbook.
  • Leading a team of full-time and/or part-time SDRs, providing guidance and support to achieve team objectives.
  • Utilizing SalesForce, Outreach, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Identifying and qualifying prospective restaurants that can benefit from the [me] solution.
  • Building strong and trusting relationships with prospects to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market.
  • Providing regular reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Sales Development Manager.
