Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Carrier Dispatch to join our dynamic team. The primary function of this role is to find loads for drivers, ensuring efficient and timely transportation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the trucking industry with a minimum of 2+ years of experience, particularly in managing open-deck trucks and load boards.

Requirements:
- Previous experience of 1 year dispatch in flatbed/conestoga/opendeck/rgn is a must
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the trucking industry.
- C1 English Level
- Proven experience with open-deck trucks and load boards
- Proficiency in transportation management software, particularly DAT and Truckstop Load boards; Knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skill
- Knowledge of trucking regulations and laws
- Understanding of how shipping, trucking and logistics work
- Analytical skills to problem-solve and coordinate difficult situations
- Ability to handle upset customers
- Technology skills, particularly in transportation management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills to relay information to all involved parties
- Ability to stay calm in fast-paced situations
Responsibilities:
- Find and secure loads for drivers, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Coordinate and manage the dispatching of carriers for open deck trucks.
- Utilize load boards effectively to identify and secure freight opportunities.
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing updates as necessary.
- Resolve any issues that arise during transportation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
