About the Restaurant Inventory Specialist Position (Backoffice)

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant or food and beverage industry and a strong understanding of Google Sheets/Excel and Google Docs/Word.

Restaurant Inventory Specialist Responsibilities:

• Review, approve, and organize restaurant purchasing data using the software.
• Troubleshoot client issues and help restaurants solve problems through Non-Voice channels.
• Work on, and when necessary, escalate exceptions and unusual situations.
• Identify areas for process or product improvement.
• Build strong client relationships and generate overall goodwill.

Restaurant Inventory Specialist Requirements:

• Experience in the restaurant or food & beverage industry is REQUIRED. (Could be formal or informal).
• B2 or higher English level (Good written skills).
• Full-time availability.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Comfort with numbers.
